Courtesy Postings
Cats listed on this page are courtesy posts for our partner rescues and organizations. We help our partners by posting their adoptable kitties in hopes to find their furever homes!
You can find all of the current Courtesy Cats on this page, and also on our adoptable cats page. Look for the Courtesy Cats by finding the Pink Border on the pictures!
Please note: Cats on this page are not adoptable through PALnv, nor are they at Rescued Treasures Cat Café. All cats listed through other organizations are housed through their rescue. To inquire about adoption, please contact the respective rescue the cat is associated with. Please do not contact PALnv, as we do not process the adoptions for our courtesy postings.
Rescues
Amor Peludo
Amor Peludo is dedicated to improving animal welfare in underserved and low-income neighborhoods of Las Vegas through TNR, spay and neuter assistance, pet food support, and education. The organization helps control the city’s large community cat population by trapping, fixing, vaccinating, and returning feral cats to their colonies, while placing adoptable animals into foster homes. Amor Peludo also supports low-income pet owners with affordable spay and neuter options to prevent accidental litters and reduce owner surrenders. With a bilingual volunteer base, the organization is able to effectively serve communities where resources and access are most limited.
The Poppy Foundation
In 1995, a Siamese-mix cat with a severe head tilt and FIV was brought to Bonanza Cat Hospital and deemed unadoptable due to her lifelong medical needs. Named Poppy, she became a beloved fixture of the clinic, known for her strong personality and role as the “official greeter.” After her passing in 2001, Poppy’s legacy inspired the creation of a rescue dedicated to providing lifelong care for unadoptable, medically dependent, and special-needs cats in Las Vegas.
